FREE SHIPPING

As of 1 January 2025, we offer FREE standard shipping on all cards! For gifts, enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders $120 or more (per address). Our reliable shipping partners include Australia Post and Sendle, selected based on your location and delivery requirements. Our shipping fees factor in both shipping and handling.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

For cards:

Standard shipping: FREE stamp postage with no tracking link
Priority with tracking link: $4.00 (for those curious, eager beavers)
Express shipping: $8.00 (for when you need that extra zoom!)

For gifts:

Standard shipping: Flat fee of $12.00 for orders under $120
Standard shipping: FREE for orders $100 or more
Express shipping: $20.00 (for when you need that extra zoom!)

These options also apply to cards that have been upgraded to gifts.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Orders are dispatched the next business day or same day for Melb Metro orders placed by 12pm. We operate Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (excluding VIC public holidays) as the team need to recharge too. Here's what you can expect for standard delivery:

Melbourne metro: 2-3 business days
Other major cities: 3-5 business days
Regional & remote areas: 5-10 business days

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Don't worry! Cards slip right into the mailbox. For gifts, our delivery partners will try to find a safe spot (they're good at playing hide and seek). If they can't find a secure place, they'll leave a note with instructions for redelivery or collection.

PRO TIPS

Make sure you've triple-checked the delivery details before placing your order. Getting it right the first time means your thoughtfulness arrives right on schedule!
Note, any returned uncollected gifts, will require a $15 re-delivery fee. Therefore, super important to make sure they either know their gift is coming or opt for a delivery option where tracking notification is available.
